(Government Tax) to be added to rates Cancellation Policy A minimum of 30 days notice is required. If cancellation is 30 days or less, 50% of your room booking will be charged to your credit card (a minimum of two nights). No Shows Hotel reserves the right to charge a minimum of three nights and a maximum of 7 nights depending on the length of the booking. Special Considerations * As there are a fair number of stairs we are, unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible.
